Q.1 Where in the U.S. do you live?
A.H. Right now I live in Boston, while I train at Killer Kowalski's wrestling
school full time. I was born in Philadelphia but grew up there (Enterprise
Alabama) with my father when my parents split. I was always a Daddy's girl
until I became a rather unruly 16yr old. I then moved north to finish school
and because mom would be easier on me than my father was. I do have Scottish,
Irish and German (and a bit of Italian) blood in this all American gal!

Q.2 How would you describe your occupation(s)?
A.H. Never boring! It's always hard to describe what I do. By day, I'm a computer
geek, working on a few different websites, including my own. I also help manage,
photograph and help promote some of the more talented wrestlers (like "Slyk" Wagner
Brown.)
Four times a week I train at Killer Kowalski's and on the weekends, I travel
all over God's green earth to work ‘indy’ wrestling shows, which
are the "minor leagues" of pro-wrestling. I'm either kicking ass
or getting mine kicked, but like I said, it's never boring. And I'm always
sore.
Q.4 Would you say this led you into modelling/dancing?
A.H. In a way. I became more self confident, and modelling was something I'd
always wanted to do, so I pursued it. Centrefold modelling wasn't easy. apparently,
the photographers at that time were looking for a soft, bodied, pale, barely-legal
looking girls with real breasts. I had more glamour/fitness/diva look, so my
friend, Devon Michaels (who was in the same boat as I) referred me to Michael
Scott, who specialized in shooting fitness centrefolds. It worked out well
and the rest is history.
Q.5 What made you want to and why did you think you could make it as a wrestler?
A.H. At first, wrestling found me. Someone saw my photos and sent Terry Taylor
(a talent scout) from WCW to hire me as a valet for the NWO. I found just being
a valet to be boring, so I decided to learn to wrestle so I could do more.
Wrestling is much, much harder than the pros make it look! I've always been
athletic and a taller, bigger girl, (read: non-petite) which works out great
for wrestling.
Q.6 What is your training/diet like now you have so many roles to fulfil?
A.H. It's actually not as strict as it was for fitness modelling. I can and
need more carbs to train. A typical day is to work, train at school for 4 hours,
and then head to the gym. In my own opinion, I don't look as sharp as I used
to, but I'm still trying to find a good balance in my diet. Training consists
of running, repeated drills, mat work, and taking bumps, which is how you fall.
At the gym, we'll train for an hour and a half. Usually two body parts (like
back and bi's), abs and cardio. Let me tell you, it was so much easier to look
good when all I had to do was look good!
Q.7 Being on the road so much you must use a lot of supplements to stay in
shape.
A.H. Yes, I live on them! Literally. I will have breakfast, and then an Extreme
Protein shake before class. Then a banana and/or a protein bar about half way
through. We'll stop and grab a snack, like Wendy's chicken or burger (toss
the bread, eat the meat) and off to the gym. Than another Extreme Protein shake
afterwards. Very good with cranberry-grape juice.
