did you start bodybuilding and did you have any goals of competing?
I
started training at 20 after leaving the army, I never thought about competing
until I started improving and working with Eddie Ellwood.

is your current training schedule like?
Pre
contest is 4 days on and one off. Off season is 2 days on 1 day off.

long have you been competing?
6 years.

Q.6 What
weight are you off season and contest time?
Around 280lbs off season
and 260ish when I'm competing. I don't believe there is any point in gaining
a load of fat that only makes it harder to get in shape for competition.

are your current competitive goals?
To
win my class at this years Mr. North Britain and Mr Britain. I'm also hoping
to place in the top 3 at this years Mr Universe Class 1.

do you feel you have been able to make continuous gains over the years?
Consistency,
persistence, sensible nutrition and self drive.
Q.9 What
supplements do you use?
Creatine,
Glutamine complex, Whey and Protein.
Q.10 How
much do you feel supplements and nutrition help your training?
I
don't feel any help me train, but some definitely help with recovery.
Creatine definitely increases size and strength.

is it that motivates you through a gruelling workout?
The
thought of my next contest.
