Gym you train at and location: Bodyworks gym, Featherstone.

Q.1 Why did you start training and did you have any goals of competing to begin with?
I started training to get in shape, I had no intension of competing.
 
Q.2 What is your current training schedule like? How does it differ between pre-contest and off season? Do you do much cardio work?
I do short intense sessions off season and pre-contest. 3 weeks previous to the show I just go through the motions, doing very little cardio - I hate cardio.
 
Q.3 How long have you been competing?
2008 was my first year.

Q.4 What are your main competitive achievements?
Winning the Yorkshire Novice with the NPA.
 
Q.6 Who are your main sources of inspiration in your training and whose physiques do you most admire?
I enjoy training that is my inspiration, I admire more aesthetically pleasing physiques, athletes in proportion with good symmetry more than mass monsters.
 
Q.7 What are your current competitive goals?
To be better in 2009.
 

Q.8 Why do you feel you have been able to make continuous gains over the years?
Learning about training and diet all the time. commitment and training hard week in and week out.
 
Q.9 What supplements do you use?
Extreme Nutrition Protein and Glutamine Complex pre-show.
 
Q.10 How much do you feel supplements and sports nutrition help your training?
They help vastly, diet is key you only get out what you put in.
 
Q.11 What is it that motivates you through a hard session?
Knowing I will be on stage soon.
