Been competing since I was 15 starting in the Lathams shows, progressing all the way to recent times with an appearance at theNabba Universe.
Started training at 13 after watching many contests as a child with my father who was judging at the time.

Am naturally very skinny so the battle has always been to put weight on and not lose to much while dieting.

I like to eat pretty healthy all year round witha diet consisting of approx 400g protein both precontest and off season.
Do rely on supplements especially when at work:
