Family: Wife Tina and I have two great
kids, Alexandra and Joshua
Reasons for starting on the body building path: I was
very skinny as a kid and not good at team games! Body
building has built not just my body but my self esteem
too!
Dislikes about body building: I feel that there is
never enough TV and media coverage of the sport.
Favourite foods: Steak and pizza (not
at the same time though!)
Favourite films: Braveheart and Gladiator
Hobbies: Spending time with my family,
watching TV, eating out, fly fishing and sleeping.
Favourite Body builders: Lee Labrada,
Lee Priest, Dexter Jackson
Best body part: Quads
Worst body part: All of it apart from
my quads!
Best win so far: The 2005 NABBA Britain
