Q.1 Why did you start training and did you have any goals of competing to begin with?
I started training with a view to getting stronger for football, but realised the weights were more for me.
Q.2 What is your current training schedule like? How does it differ between pre-contest and off season? Do you do much cardio work?
I train 4 days per week weights which generally stays the same pre-contest or offseason. For competition I increase my cardio to as much as twice daily depending on how my condition is at the time.

12 years
Q.4 What are your main competitive achievements?
1st 1997 ANB U21 Scottish, 2nd ANB U21 Brittish, 2nd 1999 ANB European.
1st ANB scottish Novice, 1 st U72 BNBF Central . BNBF Scottish runner up 2003,2007,2008.
Q.6 Who or what was your initial inspiration to start training and whose physiques do you admire most?
I always liked the Incredible hulk as a child and wanted to look like a superhero myself. Nigel Davis has the most perfect natural physique I have seen.
Q.7 What are your current competitive goals?
To win the U72 kgs BNBF or NPA Britain at some stage
Q.8 Why do you feel you have been able to make continuous gains over the years?
Consistency
Q.9 What supplements do you use?
Whey protein, Multivitamin, Vitamin C, Creatine, glutamine, L-Carnitine
Q.10 How much do you feel supplements and sports nutrition help your training?
Almost impossible without supplementation
Q.11 What is it that motivates you through a hard session?
Competing with training partners and beating PB's
