1. how long have you been training?
I've been training since the age of about 16yrs
2. why did you start?
I first started weight training to build size for rugby and
slowly began to enjoy it.
3. when did you first compete?
I first competed when I was 16 yrs old at the junior mr Plymouth
and came second place.
4. how often have you competed and how did you get on?
I normally compete once a year allowing a year to work on
mass and symetery.
5. what do you find most satisfying about putting yourself
through everything you need to do to stand onstage?
The best part is getting ready for the shows, I enjoy watching
my body take shape through the strict diet and routines.
6. what are your competitive ambitions?
To make a comfortable living through something I enjoy doing.
7. when did you start your preparation?
I normally start my preparation 14 weeks out from competition.
I then like to keep in shape for a month after competing
for photo shoots etc.
8. how well do you feel it is all going?
I think everything is coming along fine, I have more balance
than ever before and my arms are as freaky as ever at 23.5
inches and thats a fairly lean arm to.
9. what is your diet like just now? how have you changed
it over the past months?
My diet is pretty well tailored to me right now, I am not
suffering to much through hunger pains and I'm keeping all
of my mass.
I am relying more on supplements this year which is why I
think I'm not suffering as much.
10. what is your training like just now? how have you changed
it over the past months?
My training is very intense right now, the only thing I really
change between off season training and pre contest is the
time between sets. I'm having less rest and I'm still lifting
lose heavy poundages to keep the mass on. .
