Performance Whey is a blend of whey concentrate and whey isolate, why use 3 types of whey you ask? Because by using different kinds of whey we are able to create a superior amino acid profile compared to that of our rival manufacturers.

By using the 3 different kinds of whey we are able to stagger the absorption of the amino acids thus allowing greater nutrient uptake.

We use sucralose to sweeten our whey, which is basically sugar with the calories removed.

When you mix up Performance Whey you may notice it goes quite frothy, this is because we do not add any gum which only blocks the bodys ability to absorp nutrients.
