All UK orders are sent with FREE delivery and are normally delivered within 24-48 hours of your order being placed. All orders received by 3pm are sent the same day, w will try to send orders received later the same day too but it depends upon the time of collection by our couriers.
EU member nations will receive free delivery sent by recorded delivery mail which will take up to 7 working days. Please note price break and other discounts DO NOT apply to these transactions. A signature is required upon delivery.
Rest of World have a 10% surcharge added to their total invoice amount to cover shipping. Price break and other discounts DO NOT apply to these transactions. Orders will be sent by International Signed For service will take approximately 10-14 days. A signature is required upon delivery.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT CARD PAYMENTS FROM GHANA, ALL ORDERS MUST BE PAID BY BACS/BANK CREDIT TRANSFER. IF YOU WISH TO ORDER FROM GHANA PLEASE E-MAIL YOUR ORDER AND WE WILL TELL YOU OUR BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS FOR YOU TO PROCESS THE TRANSFER.
If we have a shortage of any particular product you may have ordered we will contact you with alternative colours, flavours, sizes or styles. If none of the alternatives offered are acceptable we will give you an anticipated delivery date for the out of stock items to arrive with you, if this is unacceptable we will send you an e-mail to confirm cancellation of the order. We DO NOT charge your card until we are about to ship your goods, payments are not taken automatically when you order.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS;
If your order is returned to us due to failure on your behalf to sign, or collect the package from our couriers dept, if you change your mind, or have not paid attention to the sizes shown when you ordered a surcharge of 10% will be incurred (minimum of £5), this is to cover the cost of handling, re-stocking and administration as these costs are heavily subsidized.
If you wish to return an item you must do so within 7 days of receiving your goods, please call or email to confirm our returns procedure. Anybody failing to do this will have their returned item refused. If you have ordered a supplement and on its arrival you decide you wanted another flavour/product we will exchange it for you only if the tamper proof seal has not been damaged, we will also charge you for re-sending the alternative flavour/product.
If you have ordered clothing items and on their arrival you wish to change the colour/size/style we will do so only if the labels are still attached to the goods and their packaging is undamaged, we withhold the right to charge you for the re-sending of the chosen alternative (typically £3.50 to cover re-sending by Recorded Delivery).
If you have ordered clothing and on its arrival decide you don’t want/like it and you want a re-fund we will refund you less a 10% re-stocking fee (minimum £5) which is to cover our shipping and packaging costs. We can also supply a credit note which can be redeemed against any item we sell at a later date or we can swap the returned garment(s) for supplements, accessories or figurines.
If you have ordered supplements and they are damaged on arrival we can only exchange these if the consignment has been opened in front of the courier driver and he has been made aware of any problem/damages, we can not accept any liability for damages discovered after this time.
Extreme Nutrition Ltd. does not accept liability for damage in transit or at the delivery destination, any exchanges we make are as an act of good will and in an attempt to prove our level of commitment to our clients. Please open deliveries with the courier driver present so he can witness any damage which may have occurred in transit.

SECURITY INFORMATION;
All customers placing an order online will need to supply their home landline telephone number as part of our security check, if you fail to provide all the information required and subsequently cancel your order a 10% administration fee will be deducted (minimum £5).
All credit, debit and switch cards must be registered in the to enable us to carry our security checks. All non registered cards may not be accepted OR may only be accepted with further proof of identity, this is in an attempt for us not to get fraudulent card charge backs and to protect honest cardholders.
We require your landline telephone number so we can verify your home address details and/or contact you if there is a problem with your order. We do not sell or release any of your private information to any third party. We are required by our card payment processing company to hold a valid home landline telephone number. We regret that we may be unable to accept just a mobile number even though it is beneficial for us to have this so we can get in touch with you easily if there are any problems with your order and to give to the courier company so they can get in touch if you are not in when they attempt delivery.
